- Use the Power Plate ® with basic exercises for beginners (all precise instructions with correction by the coach) and new exercises for experienced users.
- Correct bad habits that may have been taken from professionals not trained by us, or not approved by the Power Plate Academy. Opt for quality and performance in the use of your time spent on the Power Plate .
- Know the most important basics of food , essential to complete your training, support you in your objectives and your results.
- Establish a personalized training program adapted to your needs by your coach on site, after discussion of your needs and objectives

During this seminar, you learn through numerous exercises from practice, how to make your training optimal with the Power Plate .
This debriefing at home is intended to be resolutely pragmatic and practical, and will allow you to use the Power Plate immediately in the best conditions.
