How it works?

You are in undress, briefs or thongs, without a bra for ladies (the straps can prevent good contact with the skin).

You put on your suit, and plug in the control box, which is connected via bluetooth to the dedicated tablet.

The latter contains the application that will guide you in video (or not, depending on your choice), and with which you will define the settings for your sessions.

The electrical signals will allow your muscles to contract reflexively and support your exercises with more or less intensity depending on the program chosen.

The intensity is adjustable from 1 to 100 on each zone, and you choose according to your state of form and your feelings.

Exercise freely.

At the end of the session, depending on how sweaty you are, you have 3 options with the wetsuit:

- let the suit dry on a hanger,

- or rinse it with water, before letting it dry

- or wash it in the washing machine with a neutral pH detergent (indications on the user manual provided). Rinse gently then extend to dry.

Put on your suit, connect the generator, and let's go!
